Check Quasimotors.com . Someone wrote up a whole procedure on this. When I re-did mine, I used the same cloth. I suppose foam backing is nice, but it's hard to work with. When you get the panel torn down, you can take the insert to an upholstery store and get their experience in dealing with this. Getting the panel off may be the hard part. The front door panels will pry away from the door frame, but the top edge is held in place by these "edge clips". Maybe 6 to a door, but definitely fewer after you take the panel off. Make sure the window is down as that will help direct the clips into the door panel.
The back door panels are harder. They come off the door frame the same way, and they again are held in place by edge clips. BUT, after you have released the top edge from the door frame, the panel MUST go down because there may be a fastener holding the bottom of the panel which is released by the downward motion. If you continue up, you will tear this fastener from the panel cardboard, and it doesn't reattach easily.
Now that you have the door panels down, look up and I imagine that your headliner is starting to go. This is a whole other post.
