Projects I've asked questions about and are finished

Sometimes we never hear back as to what was the resolution of a question posted on the BB. I've got 3 projects done on the 93 cse.
1.The left hand mirror change has been completed. Saab put the original on with the "never will ever part" type backing, and the original mirror did separate into 2 parts. I've gotten very used to the new split image mirror from Europarts. However, the new mirror is not a Saab mirror original. Saab uses a bit of magnification in its outside mirrors. So, I've got 3 different magnifications; right, inside and left. People thinking of buying the mirror should know this.
2 & 3.I had new struts and tie rod ends put in, Boge/Sachs and TRW. The front end is a lot harder ride than before, but the old struts had 142k on them. Putting these and the tie rods on has cut down considerably the wandering from side winds, and the car really sticks in a turn now. I'm probably going through turns 10 mph faster than before. So far, I haven't put in rear shocks, because I'm afraid that they will stiffen the ride a lot.
