I assumed you do not have TCS. It maybe the PVC line - Saab 9000 Bulletin Board - Saabnet.com

The line connects the valve cover to the air intake through a one way valve (PVC). The other lines are charcol canister (black stiff line), and the fuel pressure regulator line, and the turbo gage line goes to a Y connector.
