Hi Richard
I can relate to your adventure... these cars are truly addictive once you realize the icredible performance potencial for so little investment.
You average honda tuner would likely have to dump $4000+ just to get the performance you just bolted on for $200.
My aero was stuck in base boost when I purchased it (LPT) and when I put a new bpc on the true power of the car was released.
The need for more power was instant but funds to do so are not.
The standard course of upgrades after getting fpt is usually:
3 inch downpipe for better spoolup
Open up the stock airbox with extra holes etc and k&n filter
Remapped ecu stage 3 (SQR or maptune seem to be the favorites)
Full 3 inch exaust
other methods used that some consider unsafe hacks include:
manual boost controlers
resistor hacks/enhancements http://www.t5boost4.com
just unhook the w hose on the bpc and drive it till it blows
Many have gone up to 300 hp with stock internals
After 200 hp you begin to reach the limits of a front drive platform and launches get a little bit squirelly...
Once rolling though there are very few cars on the road that can keep pace with your new 5 door rocket
All this and 30 mpg if you keep your foot out of it :-)
Have fun !
