It appears you "1" indicates the reading is too high for the scale, 200, 2K, etc selected. If this is the case, the meter on OHMS would read "1" when the meter probes are not touching anything.
There are 2 different readings to be made. One is VOLTAGE from the harness center pin to ground with the key on should = 12 volts.
The other is with the key off, to check resistance (OHMS) from the left harness contact to ground with the meter on 20M. The reading should be greater than 1 Meg. Repeat the reading on the right contact. The readings should be the same for both left and right contacts. Do not touch the metal meter probes when making these readings, the resistance of your hands and body can result in all kinds of readings.
It appears that your readings of the ECU coil drivers are different, indicating there is a strong possibility of a shorted BPC coil driver.
Recheck the resistance readings on the 20M or preferably 2M scale with key off and hands not touching the metal portion of the probe leads. Be sure not to damage the connector contacts.
