My guess is that it was put in custom. I bought it from my friends dad and he had it in there. Its next to Oil Pressure and Oil Temp. My real problem is since its bad, I'm having trouble bypassing. If I disconnect completely and tape off the leads, my headlights dont work. With all leads connected its fine. I'm missing one of the brass nuts for one of the leads. The one that would go between the lead and the meter. Since I hooked it up without the nut on the base of the meter, it took the voltage, instead of measuring the voltage. Gauge got hot enough for me to get worried. Not sure if real damage, plastic barely warped. Afraid to hook it back up even with all brass nuts. Anyways on the meter there is pole that says +B and +L. One has 2 leads on it (one 8 gauge and the other is a Red & red/white line (14 gauge). The other has another 8 gauge wire on it. I'm afraid to jump all of these together, but its the only thing that would make sense since my headlights dont work with any lead disconnected off of the meter. Any help is greatly appreciated, i like driving at night.
