It's interesting that front and rear camber settings would change during the alignment - there are no adjustments for this possible on the car as is from the factory. Therefore, I might be a bit sceptical of the absolute readings that you are getting from this shop.
On the other hand, there is apparently something wrong with your rear axle. Sorry to break the bad news, and let me preface this with a disclaimer that I am not a trained expert at suspensions. The Haynes manual spec calls for REAR Toe-in of 2.5 +/- 1.5 mm (don't know what this is in degrees, which your figures appear to be in, but the values are positive) and REAR Camber of -0.25 +/- 0.25 degrees. The negative toe-in on the rear right and the very large negative value for right rear camber indicate that there is a problem. Car may have been hit in the rear right side. A suspension specialist might be able to fix this by bending it back, or an alternative could be to replace the rear axle with a good used part; since most crashes are in the front, there are probably many used rear axles available. This is not a huge job, I did this many, many years ago on an old Audi in the parking lot of my apartment building - that car had been jacked up by the axle, bending it.
