Clutch Stuck - I assume slave cylinder?

1990 9000S non-turbo

I drive this car rarely...

About a year ago I started it up after several months of sitting and the clutch pedal stuck down, popped up, and then worked normally for several days. Several months later my wife drove the car on a trip, and it worked normally until the clutch pedal stuck down when she went to shift from first to second. She drove home in first (was near home), and left it for me. I finally got to the car (it's 1500 miles away) and pressed in the clutch. It felt fine on the way down, but it stayed on the floor, and now I can shift freely through all gears, which is good, because she had parked it head-in and I was wondering how I was going to tow it from the rear with it in first gear. It's in neutral now.

Plenty of fluid in the resevoir, what looks like an old stain on the driveway below the trans, and the slave makes a faint 'shew, shew' sound when the clutch pedal is pumped by hand. No fluid dripping, sounds more like air.

I couldn't bleed it because the bleeder screw was seized.

I am assuming a slave cylinder replacement is in order?

Just checking before I start making decisions about what to do with an otherwise great 210,000 mile car.
