intermittent TCS....I guess I was due......

my 93 Aero started going into LHM upon restart after driving it long enough to get the engine good and warm. If I let it sit a minute or so until the fan kicks off, then it starts up and runs normally. Either that or my driveway is a TCS bermuda triangle, because it returns to normal anytime I start it in the driveway.
The car runs fine, I can mash it WOT and no issues. It never goes LH first thing in the morning. Let's say I drive 20 miles home from work and stop to get gas. LHM, starting to happen every time upon restart.
From what I have read on the board, the throttle body and potentiometer are probably not the culprits. Safty valve and check valve seem to come up a lot.
A very well documented history on the car reveals that it has never had a TCS problem or replacement. Still have the black/white check valve. 115k on the odometer.
your opinions please: just go ahead and install a new safety and check valve?
I have no indy within reasonable driving distance that has an ISAT or Tech 2, just the dealer. If my car ever gets to the dealer then it's because I am walking out of there with a 9-2x so I don't have the luxury of any testing.....
help.
