Auto Transmission fluid breakdown with heat

Researching tranny fluid. Had to replace mine after 10K. I think it must have been heat from the car running generally at 10 PM - 10:30 PM before replacing rad, thermostat, 2 spd fan switch, etc..., and then briefly overheating once....
Tranny fluid is good for, if recall article correctly:
170F temp - fluid good for 20,000 miles
180F temp - fluid good for 10,000 miles
190F temp - fluid good for 5,000 miles
200F temp - fluid good for 2,500 miles
210F temp - fluid good for 1,250 miles
220F temp - fluid good for 625 miles
It's that last one that's scary...
If the fluid gets too hot, fluid goes bad, tranny life significantly shortened...
After reading all that and having no idea how warm my tranny fluid gets, I'm going to start doing the 50% fluid change on a regular basis.
