It's no doubt the spark plugs. I took mine in because of the same thing and that's what it was. Make sure you put in the exact brand/specs that the manual says. Evedently the DI uses the plugs somehow for management of the air/fuel mixture. My mechanic also said that if you got to long on the bad plugs it could cause the DI to fail. First try the plugs and if that doesn't work change the DI.
