Ok, so the upper motor mounts are done with the poly bushings. There is a slight vibration at idle but goes away when the rpms increase. It also got rid of an annoying vibration I had around 40mph.

The problem I am experiencing now is a lot of noise when the car in under load. I know the throw out bearing was noisy before but now it is "really" noisy. Would changing the mounts somehow put more pressure on the bearing? Also the car sounds more throaty than before.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
