...while perhaps not stated in as frustrated a tone. Brakes are THE major safety component in your car, and if they're not working properly...danger...danger!!!
If you scroll down the list there's a recent post from another 9000 owner experiencing brake boost issues after bleeding his brakes -- might be some illumination in that thread. A bit hurried or I'd go into more detail myself.
But given the history of your posts, you've clearly got several issues with the brakes. What I'm concerned about is the symptom you've described here, which is that you have no boost. Sounds like you've got unboosted brakes if you're standing on them to get them working. If so, I'm not too sure what to point you to since it could be anything in the gamut of ABS pump ($$$$$) or accumulator "bomb" ($$$), but later models differ from earlier ones in terms of their setups.
You might be lucky to have simply glazed your new pads by not bedding them in properly -- that can make the brakes feel squishy and unresponsive, and your power assist could be fine, you just can't feel it. Maybe start there: remove the pads and look at them. You'll be able to tell if they're glazed. If so replace them. Don't grind them or otherwise try to resurface them, you just want to start fresh with new pads, then follow the proper bedding procedure.
Past that, if you can't cure the brake problem, you really should not be driving the car in this condition. Even if you know how to plan ahead and react in time with your diminished brakes, you'll be too late in an emergency.
Hate to read about you running into a carful of widows, nuns and orphans!! If you can't solve the problem on your own, it's unethical not to take it to a qualified mechanic for repair. Beyond glazed pads, I'd suggest you're going to be in over your head (and ours) unless we can take a physical look at the car to see what's going on, which we can't.
Hope some of this helps, at least.
