No boost problem, again!

Hi all,
a couple of weeks ago i posted about a problem i was having in which i was getting no boost, the needle goes just into the yellow section on the boost gauge and im getting bugger all power. Strangely the problem went away after a few days, but now its back, and this time its not fixing itself.
The problem is simply that i am getting no boost, i am not getting a check engine light, or any other symptoms at all.
I have checked that the wastegate actuator rod moves, and it does, i have checked all the vacuum hoses on the throttle body and they are all tight and in good condition (i have actually replaced a few of them recently as they were rock hard.), i checked that my bpc holds pressure in the 'C' hose, and i have checked the rubber elbow that connects the throttle body to the intercooler piping for leaks and that too is fine.
I am running out of ideas!
i noticed that my bpc makes a slight buzzing sound with the ignition on and the engine off. but i dont think a busted bpc could give me no boost at all.
I thought that maybe it could be the bypass valve that connects between, before the turbo, and after the intercooler, but i dont know anything about it to check it.
So, i need help!
any and all help welcomed and appreciated, as flooring it up a hill and only just making it up at 20km/h is painfull!
