Well I didn't read your post carefully enough (yeah I get up early for work) but you can't use a MBC on a non-turbo car because there is no boost to control!

Abbott Racing is way overpriced and overseas. You can get the poly bushings from Brad at KCSaab/Georges Imports.

The sway bar bushes will help to keep the car flatter, are a snap to install, cheap, and more then likely the original 10+ year old ones are dry and cracked. Control arm ones wear out too and often are a replacement item, poly will tighten up the steering substantially.
