It comes as a set - head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, upper chain guide, IIRC. You should also replace the timing chain tensioner while you're in there, if it's original. The throttle body gasket is not included in the kit, so be careful with it. I would at least have a machinist measure to determine the flatness of your head and get it resurfaced if it isn't flat. Then they should also press in new valve guides for you.
