Most likely it have bent several valves in one or both of the cylinder heads so you would need to remove heads and replace valves together with a new timing belt kit including the tensioner rollers.

The good thing with removing both cylinder heads would be that you would take care of the oil leak at the same time since it is the valve cover gaskets that leaks oil into the sparkplug well.

At the same time when heads are off, you should remove the engine oil cooler and reseal the lid for the cooler adn replace the coolant thermostat.

It would probably cost around $2500.00 and up to fix the car.
