They all fire at the same time, so if you pull one connector off and leave the others connected, that should tell you if it's getting the full drive.
Maybe your cleaning with the brake fluid did somehow cause them to seize up- possibly the seals are incompatible with brake cleaner, and swelled up or something.
If you check the resistance of the injectors, are they all in the same range?
I suppose if you're already set on replacing them, you might try applying power to the injector coil directly to see if you can hear it click. It may normally be current limited by the ECU though, so I'd only try it for an instant.
