96' 9000 CS 137k miles

When I start her up, theres a vibration thats relatively constant. It happens more so when I slow down or park, etc. I can see when she's running the tensioner pully vibrating alot. So it sounds like its that making the actual vibration.

Also, the car is burning up alot more fuel that usual. I filled it up yesterday, did no more than 70 miles local driving and shes down past 3/4 tank.

Also a few times she went into a reving frenzy (up and down, up and down by about a few hundred RPM's -nothing significant, but noticable). This was while sitting idle.

Driving on the highway is okay, but she is a bit rough over 60 miles p/hr.

Any thoughts or insight would be helpful.

Notes: I changed the plugs recently, new water pump, new thermostat, new vaccuum lines, some new hoses, flushed the system, new battery.
