Where to get "old" style head bolts?

I will be attempting my hg replacement this week, and want to replace the new style bolts with the old style ones. I see the ones on eEuro are the old style with the washer, which I think is not the style I should be getting, correct? I assume I'l be using the torque values for the old style bolts, so what year(s) do I look at in the manual/procedures?
Also, how many are there so I can order up that quantity?
TIA
Joe
