Hi there
I must admit to selling EPCs on ebay. Im a very limited DIYer and I find it very useful. Its an aid I use in conjunction with my Haynes. The pics are great and identifying the part no.'s across models/years is ideal if hunting breakers yards or buying bits off eBay.
I had a listing removed last week by eBay as a result of a complaint from Vauxhall(GM)UK. I v.strongly suspect as a result of a grumbling Saab independent/ebayer in W.Yorks. I just think it all helps to keep these cars on the road and parts a little more affordable and plentiful. There you go. We cant all afford to have our washer bottles topped up by dealers and indies eh...
Though my copies are now 4 years out of date I dont really want the associated hassle and I doubt I'll relist them. Furthermore I know of an ebayer selling Peugeot discs who has had his eBay acct revoked two days ago.
My advice to anyone questioning whether the EPC would be useful - get one now!
