Won't start, some questions.

I have a '92 9kt. I parked it, and then a couple days later I go out, and it cranks, but doesn't start. I have searched on here, and gone over the Ari no start list. But that list says it's for '94-'98 cars, so I'm wondering if it still applies, or what might be different.
On testing the DI, I couldn't see anything in the day time. So at night I tried, and it seemed to work at first. Then the DI didn't put out any sparks on further testing. So I'm inclined to think the DI may have failed completly, although I thought normally just 1 or 2 coils failed.
So, I did the main relay test with the test lamp on pins 10 and 6 of the DI connector. It lights, but stays lit. The list says it should go out after 6 seconds. Is that normal?
I also noticed a buzzing coming from the throttle body with the ignition on. It's almost an arcing sound. Is it supposed to buzz?
Other notes, I replaced the CPS about 15k miles ago. The tach bumps up a little while cranking, about 1 mm or 2. I think I'm too deaf to hear the fuel pump, but the cylinders are wet with fuel.
So, anything I'm missing? I don't have a DI on hand, but I'm looking to get one for cheap. I'm in the SF bayarea (East bay) if anyone has one.
Thanks, Bradley
