to fix it you will have to get it to sit as straight as posible (sides the same degree of tilt) then unbolt the seat from floor and lay it back on the rear seat bottom and look under the seat you'll find a motor mounted under the front center of the seat from that will be two black tubes, the side that is stopping will have a break in it, you can then either order a new housing for it or seach for one at a salvage yard or get creative and try to secure the tube so that it wont separate again. if you choose to search for a replacement - there arwe a couple of different lenght housings you need to get the same one that your seat came with.left and right dies of the seat wont swap to the other position, but pass. and drivers power seats from the same side are the same tube.
