If those are the only 3 issues, they all seem minor. The '94 will be much more reliable than your '88, but of course it depends on how the car was treated.

The headgaskets are still prone to go, but not until around 150k miles (you didn't post mileage) give or take some. Other problem areas can be the heater core, blower motor, DI Cassette, and automatic tranny (you didn't say which this car has). Definitely have it checked out before you buy.
