His clutch pedal is different than yours Yaofeng. I think the style changed somewhere around 1990.
I had a 1987 9kt with the same problem. There is an oil impregnented plastic bushing which wears and the clevis pin eventually ovals out the hole in the pedal. The pedal isn't too tricky to remove/replace after you figure out the trick with the torsion spring.

I couldn't find the old style pedal new from dealer. All from Junkyards had the same condition so I experimented, purchased flanged brass bushing (had galling issues), tried welding/drilling hole

I think I ended up turning a bearing with a small flange on a lathe out of nitronic60 steel. If you can life without the car for a short while and have a local machine shop, drop off the pedal and the clevis pin from the master cylinder with them. they could probabaly help you out for a decent price.
