1.Car dealers don't get insulted. If they do, they won't be in the business.
2. Replacing 9000 heater core is a chore; a mechanic will charge you a bundle, a DIY'er will spend hours doing it and hours resting a sore back.
3. If the stumble is as simple as some vacuum lines, why did the dealer not do it? beware. Besides, vacuum leaks shows itself not just at select RPM's.
4. 9000 is a much better car than the 9-3; no comparison at all.
