Have you checked the continuity at the three positions on the TPS? Have you tried unplugging the AIC to see if it gets worse? What is the voltage out to the main junction when the idle is rough? If it's below say 12.6V or so, then you may need a new positive cable.
Then, of course, it could easily be the DI.
It sounds to me as if the AIC is not compensating for the A/C compressor and the idle gets rough, but it also sounds like not enough spark (DI, VR, corroded cables).
