You might as well be using kool-aid if you are using WD40 to try and remove stuck parts; the stuff is good for around the house on squeaky doorknobs and stuff, but for stuck bolts and what not, get PB Blaster, nothing else.
I was recently at an event when a rep from Liquid Wrench asked if I wanted a can of their new penetrating oil. I said "Is it better than PB Blaster?" The guy looked around quickly before whipsering "no". I thanked him for his honesty.
It won't eat rust off and leave nice shiny parts, but as a penetrating oil, there is nothing better.
