Strangest "hoses" i have ever seen... Posted by Pete [Email] (#2000) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Pete) on Tue, 22 Aug 2006 14:34:35 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
1990 SAAB 9000S 2.3L L4 Engine
I really do need help identifying two "hoses" (calling them that for lack of a better description) which seem to be mounted on the firewall, inside the engine compartment. To be completely honest, the two hoses are elbowed, hanging verticaly down, with the elbow turning the "loose" ends horizontal. The "loose" ends of the hose resemble imho toilet bowls, and seem to have flaps on the inside of each (supposed to be sealed?). Neither of these two "hoses" is connected to anything, and antifreeze/coolant is leaking from both. called the local SAAB dealership and without being able to see the items in person they could not identify the parts for me. Really appreciate any help in identifying these problems,
-Pete
