Click on the link below to see a procedure on replacement. To be specific, there is no oil pan gasket, but a blue silicone sealant is used when mating the pan to the block. It can be done with the engine in the car, but you do have to jack the engine up to get enough room to maneuver the pan in and out. If the pan is just leaking a small amount, I would leave it alone. It takes a fair amount of effort to do, and there is a chance it would still leak when you were finished.
