On my 91 I had square holes where spring loaded nuts should have been, but they weren't. Luckily I own the donor car, so I just popped them out of there. I think I remember reading that they all have the mount points, so you shouldn't worry about that. If you don't have the nuts in there, then I assume you could glue in your own with some epoxy. It's not a high stress item so it's not too critical whatever way you do it.
