I don't think it is coincidence. With the crisp, cool autumn air, our 9k's, at least mine do, just come alive. Not that they wither in the heat, although sometimes they do. The 9k just become livelier in cold weather. It is hard to describe. it seems the tires and shocks feel a little firmer. The engine is not sweating as much to deliver the same amount of torque as when it was under the summer heat. Inside the cabin you feel the warmth of the heated seat and warm air. Our 9k's thrive in the cold weather.

Or is it me?
