yes they should all light. if this is the ACC2 unit (the one with the off button and the up arrow and down arrow to move the digitial temp display) you need to get the ACC unit out of the dash. If your ashtray is still in the next din box below it (I moved mine) then pull the ash tray completely out, a small to medium sized hand put fingers in the ashtray slot with palm up, you will be able to feel the end of the ACC control and pull fingers towards you to pop the unit out. slide out, no need to remove the cables (as I recall), unscrew the shiney metal back and you will see three gray discs with the bulbs in them, twist them and and either pay a small fortune at the dealer, get them at a junk yard, or search the site for buying and installing replacement bulbs. I did the first one was in a hurry.
