Nope, it just powers the rears Posted by turrbo [Email] (#8) [Profile/Gallery] (more from turrbo) on Sun, 3 Dec 2006 15:00:05 In Reply to: radio - no right channel - amp?, bmacb [Profile/Gallery] , Sun, 3 Dec 2006 10:29:02 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Are you getting weak sound both front and rear of the right channel? If so, it probably is time for the headunit to be repaired.
The first thing always to try is removing, cleaning, and re-seating the connections at the back of the HU. If it's just the front or rear that's giving you trouble, that's probably the issue. If not, it's probably something internal. There is a place in NY that will repair and warranty Saab radios for a flat fee.
As for the wiring harness, I'd assume that's a dealer-only item, as I've never seen any of the site sponsors carry it. Just curious...why would you need a new harness?
