Search for Ari's No Start Checklist, it will tell you which fuses and relays to check, pull, and finally jumper to send 12v to the fuel pump. You can use something like the hazard light fuse (always hot) to jumper to the fuel pump fuse to supply power to the pump, pull the plug on the pump and check for voltage.
Once you verify that it's actually the pump and not fuses or the relay, you can pull the pump which is, as others have mentioned, under the trunk lid near the rear seats. Be VERY carefull pulling the pressure and return lines, the check valves attached as well as the lines can be very brittle. Once you get the power connector and the fuel lines off, you'll need to remove the locking ring holding the pump down into the tank. Best advice would be to make or obtain a tool to put pressure on both sides of the locking ring, or, you can use a hammer and punch to loosen it. Underneath you'll find a large O ring, make sure it isn't damaged. If you buy a new pump assembly, a new O ring and locking ring will be included. The pump will act like it's impossible to remove. You'll have to twist and turn and snake it around until it comes out. Install the new pump in the same orientation so the float moves freely. Replace all O rings and use O ring lube on them before installing.
