You can order the original Saab manuals on-line at Eeuroparts. The diagram part is listed as 03 64 331. There are troubleshooting and repair volumes available as well. PRice $45. This is the best.
On-line diagrams that are 100% suited for your 1995 do not exist to my knowledge, but two sources, if used complementary and with care, could carry a long way:
Townsendimports. That one you probably know already.The diagrams are usually for older types, but these will give you an idea on the circuit set-up and in many instances these are still accurate for MY95.
You may want to try the link down below. It is the Mitchell on-demand database of electrical diagrams for MY97, and most of it applies to your car as well (OBD cicuits probably being the exception).
This is an interesting site, and albeit being partly in Russian, it still has a lot of useful info if you search around patiently.
