From my experience with them, and watching the guy build one for me on an RX7 12 years ago, they're just physically a clutch disk made out of --well, ceramic. They function the same, look the same and are dimensionally same. There is nothing different about the SAAb set up, a manual transmission clutch is well a manual transmission clutch. I dont see why they would wear differently unless the driver is wearing the hell out of them. These are even supposed to be tougher, because they use them on Truck transmissions. Of course I hope you get some more votes. I enjoyed them a lot in my RX7 days..actually if you go to a good custom clutch builder,he asks your for your old pressure plate and uses that to build your new pressure plate with MUCH heavier springs and you can get in 2 to 3 days, and he doesnt care if its a SAAB or a Mack Truck--he charges you much less than it would cost to order one form a supplier.
