The rough idle started before changing the plugs, fuel filter, etc. I thought I'd try the easy stuff first, knowing that it was time for the routine maintenance items anyway.
I'll try cleaning the AIC as you suggest. Also resetting the ECU, though I gotta find my radio code first!
BTW, not to start another spark plug thread, but does anyone ever use the Bosch four electrode plugs? I found they evened out the idle somewhat in another car. The plugs I just put in were pregapped NGK's from the dealer. Not that that makes them right, of course--but there was no change in the idle after putting them in.
