I installed a poly trans mount. It really improved shifting under high torque/rapid acceleration a great deal. The vibration in the cabin was significant, especially with the AC on, so I removed it. I installed a new OEM trans mount and after two weeks of mushy shifting, I reinstalled the poly mount and drove with it for one year. Finally, I got tired of the cabin vibrations again, and reinstalled the almost new OEM mount. Before I installed it, I filled the empty spaces with Silicone HVT and after it hardened (1 week), I installed it.

Results: Improved shifting, no vibrations.
