Congratulations!
No need to bleed the turbocharger plumbing. The studs are M8. They are definitely not grade 8.8. Looks like grade 10.9. I doubt they are grade 12.9. Tighten grade M8 grade 10.9 bolt to 34 Nm. For reference, grade 8,8 torque spec is 24 Nm, grade 12.9 40 Nm.
