The only 9000 specific manual is the Haynes European edition. You can get it from a number of sources online, but it's not that great. By far the best resource is Townsends write up of a C900 head gasket replacement, which I've linked. It's close enough to the 9k to be very useful. With this and the Haynes you should be fine. I took two weekends to do the job, having the head checked out at a machine shop first. You should also do this; have them check for warping and cracks and resurface the head.
