Yes, that would be normal. Intermittent is hard to diagnose, but to confirm current drain you could use an ammeter to measure flow from the battery. When the battery is initially connected there is high drain (for the meter) so you would probably want to put a shunt across the meter initially, perhaps a minute or two, until things stabilize. I've seen a drain of 30 mA or so, which with the alarm, clock, and some relays would be normal.
If you are confused by this, find a shop to check it, or a buddy who knows electrical stuff.
