hi noel,
this is exactly why i've been considering jettisoning the tires i already own in favor of having to buy something new: most of my winter driving is on back roads and it's all in northern New England, where we get lots of snow. Point well taken about the performance of narrower tires on dry roads, but i think i may try to fit some 185s on the car.
