Down under the washer fluid bottle are two hoses that come out. One is for the rear window, the other is for the front window and headlight wipers.
IIRC, the one for the front window is split down there with a "T"-fitting valve. This valve splits the hose to go to the window and to go to the headlights. Disconnect the hose going to the lights and either put in an "L"-fitting valve (2-way vs 3-way), or cut a piece of spare tubing and after disconnecting the hose to the lights, put this small piece of tubing on the open end of the fitting and plug the other end with a screw.
You can also disconnect the hose behind the right-side headlight where it comes up from the washer bottle and then splits off to feed each headlight. This connection is a little more difficult to get to as sometimes it's hidden behind the headlight and/or runs along the backside of the front bumper (held in with clips).
