Loss of Power on 94 Aero

I recently got this Aero on the road, and it ran great for a couple of days. It has a Jack Stoll Ecu upgrade, along with upgrades to the exhaust and intake and was very fast and pulled very hard.

Well for some reason the power has dimished greatly. I drove in the morning and when I went to drive it after work, it was like a different car. It still will get up and go but not like it was, and at higher speeds it really does not excelerate well.

Couple thoughts -- bad gas (refilled yesterday still the same) Cat converter is clogging? something else??? what should I check or do? I checked the small vacume lines and they all appear to be attached correctly...

again what should I check or do?
