I've read that the VDO Vision Series match the interior VERY well, so I'm going to pick up some of those. I've also read good things about Glowshift, but paying 20 bucks for a VDO and paying 21 bucks for a Glowshift that has adjustable lighting I would think the better gauge is in the VDO. I used to run all autometers.

I think I'm going to run a water temp, oil pressure, and boost. What else should I run?


Where are the good pickup points?

I would like to keep the stock oil pressure idiot light. I was thinking of Ting it off like I've done on other cars, but maybe this engine as a nice blank place suited for it. Where do you have yours? Mechanical or Electric probe?

Where are you picking up water temp? Mechanical or Electric probe? I used to love my mechanicals, I like watching the needle move.


Where do you have your gauges on the dash?

Pillar?

DIN 3-panel? Two dins used by the radio, one for the gauges. No flip out touch screen for my laptop :P
