Battery Drain

I have a 98 9000 CSE, bought it in June. Battery's punchouts were left in place, so I don't know how old the battery is.
A few weeks ago, I was waiting for a friend and sat with key in "on" position, listening to a CD. After maybe 5 mins I realized the headlights were still on, so I turned them off and continued to listen to music. After another 10 mins, I was ready to leave, but when I went to start the car the battery was too flat to power the starter.
Yesterday a friend helped me to put in a new power antenna. We had the radio going, on and off for maybe 15 mins, and again, when I tried to start the car it needed a jump.
I immediately took the car to Autozone, expecting to buy a new battery, but when they wheeled out their portable testing rig and checked out my systems, the alternator checked was fine, and so was the battery. He tested everything thoroughly and said absolutely no need to buy a new battery.
The Autozone guy used to have a 9000 turbo, and said that on his car he'd had a battery problem caused by a bad ground at the starter. We also speculated that there might be a bad ground somewhere in the radio (standard-issue Harman-Kardon rig that came with 98 CSE).
Can anyone give me some pointers about how to chase this down? Should i yank the radio components and clean all the spots that make contact when they are shoved into their docks?
Any other guesses as to what would drain the battery so rapidly?
Thanks,
Bruce
