Having owned both, I prefer the 900 for several reasons. It seems quicker and more nimble while driving through traffic. It definitely looks more unique than the 9kt (the 9kt is actually the smaller car - don't forget that). The 900 is easier to work on also. That being said, the 9kt is a more comfortable car. It seems much more spacious even though it is smaller. Really, it depends on what the wife wants: the coolest, sweetest car ever, or a cool sweet car that's slightly more comfortable. I would never give up my 900 for a 9kt, although I would certainly never refuse one. Good luck with whatever you decide to purchase.
