Some of these issues may or may not be major. Dealers are usually used to dealing with newer cars and can wig out on old-car issues. My mom has a very low mileage but older Camry and the dealer was going on about how it would cost thousands to fix all the oil leaks. Of course it leaks, it's nearly 20 years old, but it doesn't even need oil top ups between changes!
The ABS control unite could be found used cheaply, or the problem could be a wheel sensor or something else easy
CV boots are a normal wear item that any car could suffer from and you should be able to replace the axles at a reasonable price. Ever you catch it quickly, and have a willing mechanic, you could perhaps even get away with just changing the boots.
Is the main seal leak causing a strong burned oil smell or is this something that the dealer pointed out after an inspection (I'm guessing the latter)? If you actually do need to get it fixed, and it's not time for a new clutch anyway, then that could indeed be a deal breaker.
If the headgasket is just weeping oil on the outside, it's not a big deal and probably won't get worse. If you're losing coolant or burning oil then it does need to be fixed.
If it really is "worst case" then you may want to consider getting rid of the car, but have a good Saab indy who is used to dealing with older cars look at it first. You may find that you actuallt just need a couple of these issues addressed, and their rates are likey a good bit less for those jobs.
