Inner drivers, maybe rear shocks.

Inner drivers may wear on one surface driving the car forward. You may have replaced the axle with one that dimensionally aggravates (ie, the replacement is slightly smaller than the original) an existing condition. I recall a bad speed dependent vibration on my C900 that was cured when the passenger side inner driver was replaced. A worn passenger side can be swapped to replace a worn driver's side, as the ball bearings press mainly against one side of the wear surface.
Also, worn rear shocks can also give a vibration at speed that will drive you nuts analyzing the front end. I think the saying is if you feel it in the steering wheel its front end, if you feel it in the seat its the rear end. How are your rear shocks?
